This grand old brick building was once the home for the Monticello Masons and has always been refered to as the " Masconic Building ". Built, probably in the early 1900's it has a unique architecture in the front. There are three floors each having about 4,560 sq. ft. for a total if 13,680 sq. ft. with a full basement. Renovations have been started. There is a new concrete floor in the basement and all the stone walls have been reapointed to make them water tight. All the old ceilings were taken out and many rooms have new sheet rock . The top floor and the orginal home of the Masons has a large meeting room, still in very good condition.
